ME: Maybe we can try using iframes if outlook supports them and host gif somewhere and use iframes to show it.

I thought maybe I missed something having been a junior dev and never developing edms. So jumped on the internet after the interview and my second answer is literally how everyone does it. What even was the point of that question? At no point she said yeah that’s a good solution and that’s how we do it in the industry. If outlook doesn’t fucking support gifs then what the fuck kind of solution am I supposed to bring to the fucking table in 5 fucking minutes.

When someone asks me a tecnical question in something i'm interested in:
"It works like this ... Oh i also should explain you how processors work ... Anyway, when a bufferoverflow arises ... And thats how crypthography works ... and so does blockchain work ... anf thats why bitcoin is causing way too many stress on the power grid."

Its a very simple algorithm for me:
Start with a deep base edm track.
Get a green tea.
Start work. The mood is now set.
(If frustrated): go out for a smoke and continue again.
(If frustrated again): see ur managers face and start lashing out code at ur ide.
(Optional if at home): random faps do help.

Found another type of music yesterday.
Lo-fi. It feels like it's a mixture of EDM (a little bit), Hiphop, Synthwave, Jazz and Trap.
I like it.

How long does it take to start writing codes without having to do “too much” looking up of some context?

I’m quite at the intermediate level and I fear I do a lot of cramming(and pouring) than actual coding.

I want to code all on my own, or at least tons of lines before having to check something up.

How do you guys do it? How do I become ‘pro’?

Started my very first (summer) job as an IT agent in customer service for my city less than two weeks ago and finally moving out from the formations to answer the phone alone.

I just want to know what devs think about EDM, in general..

What are you currently working on? You can be as vague as possible and let others try to figure it out.

I’m currently working on something to make pelican based blogs look a bit decent.

So actually on the note of my last rant. What music does everyone code to? I code to EDM, JPop, Vocaloid, old video game battle themes and Heavy Metal.

I just found a Diplo dj set from a country music festival where it was like 65-75% country music, and I gotta say it's not actually that bad. I mean I like edm and country, but I'd never guess mixing the two could actually work as well as it did

How do you know that you are stuck in a job without longterm perspective (besides some undefined gut feeling)?

And what to do then? It seems to me, only possible action is to change job. Is there any, less extreme, alternative?

I have a picture of breaking waves above my desk. I lean back, remember times I was out on my surfboard just sitting in the water. Sometimes I make some green tea and just breath.

If that doesn't work, black coffee, somafm EDM and stress the fuck out until it's done.

I listen to EDM mostly. The beat and the rhythm focuses me and I start to type with the beat of the music.

My favorite is late 90s early 2000s EDM, the darker the better.

I keep getting emails from people I don't know that are like conversations, leading me to believe they aren't sent to the rightful owner. Most of the time, I see the email has uppercase at some places (when mine doesn't).

I just wish the companies could put a mark somewhere in their page when entering an uppercase email that mentions the fact that it doesn't change shit, getting really annoyed from receiving these mails not directed to me 😒

Wich programming language is the best one, easiest one to learn, gives a good feeling (when you find in a quick way, how to do it that what you want)it makes more sence then other p.languages, your eyes wont hurt and c# in the future... 🤓

I need some recommendation for Web UI components framework which could be relativity easily integrated/used on Play framework web application.

Something like Primefaces or old Richfaces (but those are for JSF).
